On the first of every month, I, Promise, will create a new thread for the month. In this thread, members can nominate one member, one character, one couple, and one thread that they believe should be rewarded the OF THE MOON title. They should also include a sentence or two, on why they believe their nominees should receive such an award.

After a week or two, or whenever I believe there has been enough time for nominations, polls will be created; polls with lock dates. Once locked, I will create another thread announcing the winners. Perhaps there will be some awards in addition to your name being added to the Spotlight Side-Table (example: I may create you a signature image, a special avatar, a special skin, etc.) it really depends on how I'm feeling at the time.

On the first of the following month, I will move all of the previous month's threads to the "Spotlight Searching Archives" and the process will simply repeat. Your image on the side-table will remain there, until the next month's winners are announced.
